Do I still need an EU responsible person?
Yes, where applicable. Our documentation service does not replace the economic operator required under EU product-safety rules.
Is this a GPSR certificate?
No. GPSR requires appropriate technical documentation and risk analysis; this service prepares documents for the manufacturer’s review and adoption.
Which products do you cover?
Primarily non-electrical consumer products for adults, such as home storage, décor, bags, sport and pet accessories, garden tools and small furniture. Special categories need additional assessment.
How long does it take?
Our indicative standard turnaround is around 72 hours after payment and receipt of complete product information. We confirm the binding deadline in the written quotation after reviewing the order volume and materials. Express delivery within 24 calendar hours is available only if we expressly confirm in writing that we can meet it.
What if a market-surveillance authority contacts me?
Each pack includes a response template. Subscribers can obtain help with preparing a response within the agreed service window.
